Specialized, compassionate care for pelvic health
Pelvic floor physical therapy addresses conditions that are often overlooked or under-treated, yet deeply affect quality of life. Our therapists provide a supportive, respectful environment while addressing issues related to pelvic pain, bladder or bowel dysfunction, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and core stability.
Treatment may include education, manual therapy, breathing and coordination work, and progressive strengthening — all customized to your comfort level and goals.
Common reasons patients seek pelvic floor care:
Pregnancy & postpartum recovery • Pelvic pain • Incontinence • Core weakness • Pain with activity or daily movement -
Targeted recovery for the brain and nervous system
Brain injuries and concussions can affect balance, vision, coordination, cognition, and daily function. Our therapists are trained to evaluate and treat these complex systems through a structured, progressive approach.
Rehab focuses on symptom resolution, nervous system regulation, balance retraining, and gradual return to activity. We work closely with patients to ensure recovery is thorough and sustainable — not rushed.
Common symptoms addressed:
Headaches • Dizziness • Brain fog • Balance issues • Difficulty returning to activity or sport -
Targeted relief for muscle tension and pain
Dry Needling is used to release tight muscles, reduce pain, and improve movement by addressing trigger points within muscle tissue. Performed by certified clinicians, it’s often combined with movement retraining to create lasting improvement.
Many patients notice immediate changes in mobility and discomfort, making it a valuable tool within a broader rehabilitation plan.
Helpful for:
Muscle tightness • Headaches • Tendon pain • Restricted movement • Chronic pain patterns -
Non-invasive treatment for chronic pain and stubborn injuries
Shockwave Therapy uses targeted acoustic waves to stimulate healing in injured tissues. It’s particularly effective for chronic tendon and soft tissue conditions that haven’t responded well to traditional care.
ESWT helps increase blood flow, promote tissue regeneration, and reduce pain — often allowing patients to progress when they’ve felt stuck.
Common conditions treated:
Plantar fasciitis • Achilles tendinopathy • Patellar tendinopathy • Bursitis• Chronic soft tissue pain -
Build strength with less joint stress
Blood Flow Restriction Therapy allows patients to gain strength using significantly lighter loads by partially restricting blood flow during exercise. This makes it an excellent tool for post-surgical recovery, joint pain, or periods when heavy lifting isn’t appropriate.
BFR is always administered by trained clinicians and integrated into a comprehensive rehab program — never used in isolation.
Often used for:
Post-surgical rehab • Muscle weakness • Joint pain • Return-to-strength progression
